Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Product Design Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Product Design Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of designers and innovators. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in product design, engineering, and innovation.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving among students.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the curriculum.
Mentor and guide students in their design projects, from concept to completion.
Stay current with industry trends and technology to bring real-world relevance to the classroom.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events as required.
Qualifications:
A relevant teaching qualification recognized in your home country.
A degree in Product Design, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering students' love for design and innovation.
Previous experience in a teaching role is desirable, but newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
