Overseas Recruitment Co-Ordinator

About Bianca

Before joining the world of recruitment, Bianca was deeply involved in People and Culture (HR) as well as Learning and Development. As a coordinator, she managed employee life cycles, ensured compliance, and was instrumental in writing and delivering content for the internal Leadership Training Programme. This diverse experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of people's aspirations and needs.

What Bianca Loves About Recruitment:
Bianca finds immense satisfaction in playing a pivotal role in someone's career journey. "It is a very rewarding feeling to know you have played a part in potentially making someone's dream come true by helping them find a job," she says, reflecting her passion and commitment.

Life Outside Dunbar Education:

  • Bianca is an avid reader, always engrossed in a captivating book.

  • She has a penchant for travel, exploring new places and cultures.

  • While she cherishes spending time with family and friends, she equally values her solitude and enjoys her own company.

Fun Facts About Bianca:

  • Favourite Quote: "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams" - Eleanor Roosevelt. A testament to her belief in the power of dreams and aspirations.

  • Past Life: With a touch of humour, Bianca believes that in another life, she was a Chihuahua.

  • Lottery Dreams: If luck ever favoured her, Bianca's dream is quite grounded. She'd buy a house, marking off the next item on her bucket list.

  • Alternative Career: If she wasn't excelling in her current role, Bianca imagines herself teaching Psychology and Sociology at KS4/KS5 levels, of course, after obtaining her teaching qualification.

  • Desired Superpower: Telepathy. The ability to understand others at a deeper level.

Whether you're an overseas candidate looking to embark on a new chapter in the UK or a school seeking the best talent, Bianca Bozan is here to guide, support, and ensure your success. With her expertise, dedication, and unique approach, your recruitment journey is in the best hands.
