Position Overview:
As a Music Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and cultivating students' passion for the subject. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is not only knowledgeable in your field but also committed to inspiring students through innovative teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Utilize various teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure student comprehension.
Offer guidance and support to students, fostering a positive and conducive learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the growth and development of the department and the school.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant music subject or a related field.
Teaching qualification or certification from a recognized institution.
Previous experience teaching Music at the secondary or higher education level (Key stage 3 to Key stage 5)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
Demonstrated ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
