Job Description:

As a Drama Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and comprehensive Drama lessons following the UK curriculum.

  • Inspiring and motivating students to explore the wonders of Drama, develop critical thinking skills, and excel in the subject.

  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.

  • Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback to support their academic progress.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the Drama curriculum and teaching methods.

  • Involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.

  • A UK recognised teaching qualification (BEd / PGCE)

  • Proven success in Drama teaching

  • Familiarity with modern teaching approaches and technology integration in the arts.

  • Strong communication skills to guide young actors and foster creativity.
