Job Description:
As a Drama Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging and comprehensive Drama lessons following the UK curriculum.
Inspiring and motivating students to explore the wonders of Drama, develop critical thinking skills, and excel in the subject.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.
Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback to support their academic progress.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the Drama curriculum and teaching methods.
Involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.
A UK recognised teaching qualification (BEd / PGCE)
Proven success in Drama teaching
Familiarity with modern teaching approaches and technology integration in the arts.
Strong communication skills to guide young actors and foster creativity.
