Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and experience teaching Year 3 and 4 students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • A creative approach to teaching, incorporating a range of teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
