Teacher of MFL (French and Spanish)

Our clients, a vibrant 11-18 mixed academy in North West London are looking for a passionate MFL teacher. The school is Ofsted 'good', with our students consistently achieving excellent qualifications in French and Spanish.
The ideal candidate for this role should be confident and dedicated to educating children, fostering their curiosity, and leading by example. Expectations are high, but with great rewards, both personally and professionally, including the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our student's lives.

Key duties will include:
* Deliver inspiring and innovative French and Spanish lessons to GCSE and A Level
* Setting and monitoring homework and target setting for student progression
* Marking, assessing, and recording student performance
* Ensure effective behavior management is consistently maintained
* Prepare for, contribute to, and attend reviews, staff meetings, and open evenings
* Advising and supporting students on personal issues and furthering educational development
Requirements:
* QTS or equivalent MFL teaching qualification
* Comprehensive understanding of the KS3 and GCSE curriculum
* A positive, innovative, and motivating approach
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A desire to motivate students and foster their progress
