The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:
- Demonstrable knowledge of teaching media studies up to KS5 level.
- Evidence of having developed a curriculum to challenge and motivate learners at different levels.
- Ability to evaluate learner performance, including end-of-year assessment grades.
- Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities or enrichment activities.
