We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team at a reputable school in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher (ECT) looking to kick-start their career in a nurturing environment.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students from Key Stage 3 (KS3) to Key Stage 5 (KS5).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Engage with parents, guardians, and relevant stakeholders to provide regular updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics, inspiring students to develop a love for the subject.
- Experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS5 students, with a proven track record of achieving excellent results.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and curriculum changes.
