We are seeking a passionate teacher who is able to teach Design Technology at KS3 and KS4, and who is committed to delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge our students.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and innovative lessons in Design Technology to students at KS3 and KS4.
- Encouraging students to develop their creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the Design Technology curriculum and resources.
- Supporting the wider school community through participation in extra-curricular activities, parents' evenings, and departmental meetings.
Essential requirements:
- Qualified teacher status or equivalent.
- A degree in Design Technology or a related subject.
- Ability to teach Design Technology at KS3 and KS4.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for Design Technology and a commitment to inspiring young people.
