- Foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills through hands-on projects and design challenges.

- Guide students in utilizing design software, prototyping tools, and workshop equipment effectively and safely.

- Support students in developing design briefs, creating design proposals, and bringing their ideas to life.

- Encourage collaborative work, teamwork, and effective communication among students.

- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work, helping them refine their designs and improve their technical skills.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in design, technology, and engineering to incorporate relevant industry knowledge into teaching.


- Qualified Design and Technology Teacher with a relevant degree or diploma in Design, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven teaching experience in Design and Technology, preferably at the secondary school level.

- Strong knowledge and practical skills in areas such as product design, engineering principles, graphics, and materials technology.

- Proficiency in design software, CAD programs, and workshop equipment commonly used in Design and Technology education.

- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and assessment practices in the field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively and collaborate with colleagues.

- Ability to adapt to a new educational system and embrace cultural diversity.

- Willingness to relocate to England and obtain the necessary work permits and clearances.
