Job Title: Biology Teacher
Location: Kingston-upon-Thames
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biology Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators in England. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of Biology.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons that meet the needs of students at different levels
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support student learning
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and activities
- Contribute to the development of the Biology curriculum and resources
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events as required
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree in Biology or a related subject
- Experience teaching Biology at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
- A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to continuous professional development and improving teaching practice
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
